SET-UP / TEAR-DOWN

FULL EVENT DESIGN Our full event design package includes custom designs for all of the following: table design, ceiling treatment, backdrop & lighting.

TABLE DESIGN The table design package includes consultations with one of our event designers and visual presentations of a variety of table design options. These options will show you a variety of ways to coordinate your linens, colours, place settings, chair covers, sashes & centrepieces.

CENTREPIECE DESIGNThe centrepiece design package includes a visual presentation of up to 5 different centrepieces on your chosen table design.

TABLE & CHAIR DESIGN The table & chair design package will allow you to see up to 7 table linen coordinations using a variety of colours and fabric choices.

CEILING DESIGN The ceiling design package includes careful planning in the design and execution of your events ceiling treatment. We will provide samples of fabrics and lighting options available as well as an artist's reconstruction of the complete design.
